Practising 'Stay'

I saw a comic (?) to this degree some years ago. And his character is perfect for this!
But I was a little stuck on who to stick in the cement...
At first, I wanted to make a knightly horse, but that didn't come out good at all.
Then, I remembered Joey from my Puppy Feat stories. (refer to my favs)
Maybe Don won't actually toss Joey into the river...
